Flights

Please schedule your flight to arrive on March 22nd and depart on March 24th. Reimbursement for flights will be limited to $1,000 (round-trip airfare). 

Lodging

The QSE program has arranged lodging for students visiting Cambridge for the QSE Open House for March 22nd check-in; March 24th check-out, 2026 at Hotel 1868. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk to the Goel QSE building. No further action needed on your part. Please bring an ID and a credit card for check in. Check in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12pm.

HQI will reimburse for the following expenses:

• Economy class (lowest cost) roundtrip airfare, roundtrip bus or train fare, or mileage reimbursement (if driving a personal vehicle)
• Taxi or basic-level rideshare fare from home to/from airport, train station, or bus station.
• Meals on travel dates (Please note: breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on March 23rd)
• Covid test (if required for travel)

Please note that Harvard requires itemized receipts for reimbursement, as well as proof of payment on each receipt. Please retain all receipts to submit for reimbursement at the conclusion of your trip.
